How to become a distributor
We offer our products at producer prices to distributors as well.
The distributor is free, according to their own wishes, to determine the ultimate selling price and the terms of purchase to the ultimate buyer.
There is also the possibility of giving exclusive distribution rights to a certain distributor. The conditions a distributor has to satisfy to get exclusive distribution rights are:
- We believe that they have to be able to sell more products than we would be able to on that particular market without giving them exclusive distribution rights.
- We have to be convinced that they are able to offer top maintenance services and customer support to the potential ultimate buyers.
- The ways the distributor is to advertise the product on their market have to be determined by an internal contract:
- fairs
- specialized journals
- the Internet
- They are obliged to sell and advertise the product only under our production trademark.
- It would be good to have at least one device for presentation purposes only.
This device can operate in one of the casinos as well.
- Along with a letter of intention, the licence seeker should also enclose:
- Description of the company
- Brief history
- Description of their business activities
- Sales rates per year
- Number of employees (and how many of them in service centres)
- Customer structure
- What is the current way of advertising the products they are selling
In some countries (according to local legislation) the distributor has to obtain special certificates to be able to freely sell roulettes.
In that case, we are at your disposal if the law in your country requires certain adjustments to the device
Producer prices / direct selling (for large users and distributors only)
Minimum quantities
Each of our distributors must observe the minimum number of purchased roulettes as follows:- 5 devices in the first 6 months
- a total of 10 devices in the first year
- a total of 20 devices in two years
The minimum number of sold devices for us, the producer, makes the most important difference between the ultimate small user and a distributor who, based on their status, get the device at producer price.
In this way we intend to avoid having many small buyers so that we would be able to completely dedicate our limited time to a few quality companies whose staff will be continually educated. In that way we can provide the ultimate users with superior consumer support and maintenance services.
Considering that our engagement requires an equal amount of time no matter the number of devices sold, and considering that we have limited resources, distributors that do nor observe minimum quantity requirements cannot be guaranteed that we would be able to dedicate enough time or ensure a timely reaction in the case a problem emerges. Therefore it is crucial that the distributor understand the importance of observing the minimum number of purchased devices before initiating cooperation.
Delivery deadline
Delivery deadline
Up to 45 days after receiving the order, with the condition of having received the entire payment amount.
Transport
At the request of the customer, we offer transport that we consider to be adequate, taking into account the distance as well as the amount of goods purchased.
Payment methods:
- payment amounting to 50 % of the entire amount as confirmation of order
- payment of the remaining 50 % of the entire amount prior to delivery
Maintenance service/ Customer support / Warrant
The option of selling our products to distributors and large buyers does not include maintenance service and customer support provided by our company.
If you choose this option, our obligations include the training of the customer’s maintenance technicians to independently perform device maintenance, as well as to ensure the customers the possibility to purchase spare parts during at least 5 years after purchasing the device.
The training of the customer’s maintenance technicians is done at our company’s premises in Zagreb.
The warranty period is 6 months. During this period we are obligated to provide the customer with spare parts free of charge. |
