- quality design of the roulette mechanism frame, which is made out of massive wood
- separator rings on the roulette wheel have a margin of ± 0.025 mm
- N4 quality of the final treatment of roulette metal surfaces (machine polished)
- all the metal roulette mechanism surfaces are galvanized according to customers’ wishes (hard gilding or nickel plating)
- fields of roulette mechanism separator are made out of Plexiglas
- roulette mechanism disk is balanced in 5 grams
Type of surface protection of visible metal surfaces of roulette mechanisms: hard gilding or nickel plating, depending on the choice of the customer.
Hard gilding is an expensive technology of surface protection, implemented in the production of automated roulette wheels and classic roulette wheels. The resistance to wear and tear is its key feature, especially when it comes to classic roulette wheels where there is direct hand contact. The consequence of this contact is that the surface is worn and torn quickly, which is aesthetically unacceptable for the roulette wheel.
According to customer’s’ wishes, we can provide an American version of the roulette mechanism (38 fields – two zeros) among the options of American or European number arrangement.
