The HighClass production line includes two models of automated roulette mechanisms which are standardly produced as for our permanent customers, so as to fill in our stocks.
The experience we have gained from thousands of automated roulette wheels we have produced in this line and all the specific production technologies integrated using cutting-edge technologies – these are the features that make us rise high above our competition and inspire confidence in our customers.
The standard product configuration involves all the automated roulette wheel components apart form system electronics, which can be ordered optionally:
- metal cabinet
- ball position reading system
- cone lifting system with motor
- ball injection system with motor
- mechanism with motor
- wooden parts (base plate, frame and cone)
- glass dome
- ball
The basic features of this outstanding automated roulette wheel are:- a reliable mechanism, massive and made with a high degree of precision
- frame made out of massive wood
- separator rings made with a tolerance of ± 0.025 mm
- a very simple and reliable ball position reading system
- N4 quality level of the finishing treatment of metal surfaces (polished burnish)
- all the metal surfaces are galvanized according to customer’s wishes (nickel or gold)
- in the case of gilding, “hard gilding” technology is used; the main feature of this technology is extreme resilience to wear and tear, unlike normal gilding.
- disk is balanced in 5 grams
- parts that undergo significant mechanic straining are made out of high-quality thermally processed steel

Communication with the ball position reading system:
The external system (PC) gets reading system data through the RS232 serial port. The communication runs one way, e.i. the external system (PC) receives information form the winning number reading system.
E.g. the reading system sends the sentence:
BR|CFB|, order to the external system to wait for the ball in initial position.

ST – symbol for the end of order sentence
E.g., the reading system sends the sentence BR|WIN|x| in order to send the winning number data (the information is sent three times).

The HighClass production line of automated roulette wheels includes two types: Classic and Prestige, both of which are available with Gold and Nickel surface protection option.
