The galvanization technology (hard gilding and nickel plating of larger admeasurement units) is very important in completing rigorous demands concerning the quality, which are set by our “King Roulettes” production program automated roulette wheels. By meticulously selecting cutting-edge equipment we set the standards for meeting the highest requirements in the field of wood processing.We implemented these new production technologies in order to have direct control over all specific production technologies in the production of automated roulette wheels and thus achieve quality products and stability in meeting deadlines, which we could not reach when we were using the services of available cooperatives in the country and in the region.
What we especially want to point out is the hard gilding technology which makes it possible to achieve incomparably greater resistance to wear and tear of the surface protection layer, in order for the visible metal surfaces of the automated roulette wheel to remain attractive and protected from the atmospheric impacts over a longer period of time.
These changes have significantly improved our competitive advantage because we benefit form advantages inherent to our region (lowest production costs) and avoid its disadvantages (cooperative instability in quality and in meeting deadlines).
This makes our prices more acceptable than those of companies established in most industrially developed countries, while at the same time, very few companies from our region offer the same stability in quality and in meeting deadlines.
With the existing production technologies: cnc metal and plastics processing (cnc milling, cnc turning and grinding), industrial electronics (software) and the recently integrated technologies: galvanization (hard gilding, nickel plating of larger admeasurement units) and wood processing (6-axial cnc milling and grinding of wood of larger admeasurements, wood sealing, wood varnishing) we are definitely becoming the only global producer of automated roulette wheels having all the specific production technologies integrated in the production, where the supply segment refers only to raw materials and standard products for consumer consumption.
