Visible metal surfaces of the rings: bowl, disc and cone base in the version ms - galvanized
The visible metal surfaces of basic mechanism elements (cone base, disk and bowl) of the automated roulette wheels in the Optimal production line are standardly made out of aluminium with no surface protection.
Aluminium is prone to oxidation, so in time the visible metal surfaces corrode, lose their burnish and get a dark patina.
In this additional option in the Optimal production line, which comes as standard in the production of HighClass production line automated roulette wheels, we use brass rings, which are assembled onto the basic elements of the automated roulette: cone base, disc and basic plate. The goal is to enable surface protection by galvanization (hard gilding or nickel plating) on aluminium parts, which are very difficult to galvanize.
By galvanizing these metal surfaces we get a surface protection that protects the surfaces from oxidation and gives them a more attractive appearance. Here we usually point out the hard gilding technology, the main features of which are extreme resilience to wear and tear. We are the only producer of automated roulettes to implement this technology.
This solution is our innovation and we were the first company to start implementing it. Some other producers have tried to copy our solutions, however have not completely succeeded. Therefore, most other automated roulette wheel producers still offer you only the Al-natur option.
