All types of our products come standardly equipped with numbers, which come as plastic foil stickers.
This technology (plastic foil stickers), which is used by all other automated roulette wheel producers, comes with certain shortcomings when compared to the Plexi ring.
Although, in the course of years and after having produced thousands of automated roulette wheels, our development department have perfected the plastic foil numbers as far as possible, two possible shortcomings are still present to a certain extent. As a result of the tolerance for the height of the plastic foil (+ - 0.2 mm), the parts where the stickers are connected are uneven, which affects the statistics of the winning numbers. However, even with this type of numbers, our automated roulette wheels satisfy the standards regulated by the GLI.
Another shortcoming is that there is a possibility of the stickers partially detaching and inflating in the case that a malfunction of the automated roulette cooling system allows the working temperature to climb above 35 degrees Celsius. This would have an extremely negative effect on the winning number statistics, and could also cause a malfunction of the ball position detecting system, which would cause a delay in the operation of the automated roulette.
Thanks to an innovative technological solution, the surface of the Plexi ring is perfectly in level with the surface of the metal rings on the automated roulette wheel. Contraction is done mechanically.
This option guarantees you the perfect conditions to reach the highest possible demands in the winning number statistics, and contributes to the reliability and longevity of the automated roulette wheel.
The Plexi ring of the automated roulette wheel is available with numbers printed in silk screen, as well as in a more attractive version, with 3D numbers made by CNC milling.
This solution is our innovation, and so far no other producers have implemented it.
