Wooden parts of automated roulette wheels made out of massive wood

Wooden parts of automated roulettes in the MDF option are standardly used in Optimal type automated roulette wheels, and are made entirely with industrial “calmed” materials, varnished with “full” colour, and show some significant advantages when compared to wooden parts of automated roulette wheels made out of massive wood.

First of all, it is important to point out that this construction of wooden parts enables the operation of the automated roulette wheel in much more severe conditions than the relatively sensitive construction of wooden parts of automated roulette wheels made out of massive wood.

HighClass automated roulette wheels are standardly equipped with a wooden frame, in the making of which we use massive wood, and the cone is veneered. This way of wood processing, which makes for the uncompromising quality and recognizability of our products, is the most frequent choice of automated roulette producers.

Other producers avoid the use of natural massive wood in the production of automated roulette wheels since it is a technologically very demanding process to produce a massive-wood automated roulette wheel that is able to endure a working temperature of up to 35 degrees Celsius.

However, if made with massive wood, the automated roulette retains the characteristics of a traditional roulette, although, in the case of an automated roulette, the many sources of heat create the problem of a high working temperature. Even if using a well-constructed cooling system, the working temperature is significantly higher than the room temperature at which standard roulette wheels operate.

This is why the use of MDF wooden parts is recommended in automated roulettes where the cooling system is not able to regulate the working temperature in order for it not to climb above 35 degrees Celsius.

Naturally, the much higher degree of complexity in the making of massive-wood parts of automated roulette wheels, as well as the higher prices of the raw material makes for an ostensibly higher price.
